Our April boxes saw us enjoy the second part of our special USA collection: bars from Cultura Craft Chocolate (who we were able to meet in Denver) and French Broad (who we’ve been working hard to get for you for over 12 months).
Our Australian bar last month was from Alouss in Sydney. Elsie has started her business in 2017 and is off to a great start. We tasted her Australian bars made with cacao from the Daintree Estates farms near Cairns – we can’t wait to watch her progress.
Last but not least, Rozsavolgyi Csokolade made us gush with their gorgeous artistic mould. We tried 3 different bars; 2 solid but smooth dark chocolates + an interesting milk & lavender combination.
