Sometime as chocolate box is just what the doctor ordered. This month we shared two bars from New Zealand, the latest Australian maker and the gorgeous 9th & Larkin bars from San Francisco.
Hogarth bars are always an absolute crowd favourite – this month we shared more of the famous Gianduia bar and one of the new Buttered Toast and Sea Salt milk bars.
The latest chocolate maker to launch in NZ is Foundry Chocolate. They’re already making great chocolate and we tried their Alto Beni, Bolivia 70%, and Kilombero Valley 70%.
The newest Australian maker is 17 Rocks. They are making chocolate with cacao from Papua New Guinea & have created individual moulds for every single bar!
One of the coolest people we met at the 2018 North West Chocolate Festival were Lan and Brian of 9th & Larkin. Their chocolate is gorgeous, their bars are gorgeous and their cacao-pod paper is gorgeous!
