The Australian craft chocolate this month comes to us from Trevor smith of Metiisto Artisan Chocolate (Toowoomba, QLD). Fresh off of winning 5 gold medals at the 2021 Academy of Chocolate awards, we are delighted to share these special bars with our subscribers!
