Raven chocolate believe in using minimal ingredients to make their vegan chocolate without compromising flavour. They strive to produce a luxury product which is both unique and healthy.
They started experimenting with chocolate in 2015, and now have a small factory in Glasgow, Scotland. It is here that they grind and conch their chocolate for 3-4 days, and then allow it to age for at least a month. This means the flavours are fully developed when they come to temper their chocolate bars, truffles and infamous hazelnut clusters.
With every chocolate purchase, customers are offered the opportunity to fund the planting of a tree, as part of Raven’s commitment to the environment.
