Charles & Chi founded Atypic Chocolate entirely based within the South Melbourne market. It’s possibly the smallest (by m2) in Australia but you wouldn’t guess it from their output and range of products. Charles is the head chocolate maker. He is full of inspiration for making and sharing chocolate with as many people as possible. He once carried a small melanger (stone grinder) in his backpack to Vietnam to make chocolate! In his spare time he’s pastry teacher at Le Cordon Bleu Australia. We’ve been waiting until their mould and packaging has been customised. We’re excited to share it with you. Definitely visit.
