Bare Bones – 68% Dominican Salted

$16.50

“The best chocolate Rick Stein has ever tasted!!  Single origin Dominican Republic 68% dark chocolate with taste notes of salted caramel and roasted hazelnuts. The Maldon salt is ground smooth through the chocolate for 72 hours and brings out the natural sweetness from the cacao. The salt creates the perfect balance of sweet and savoury – making it incredibly complex and moreish. “

Cameron and Lara created Bare Bones Chocolate as a micro-batch, bean to bar chocolate company based in Glasgow. As chocolate and speciality food enthusiasts, they wanted a brand that was built on incredible chocolate & impeccable detail through every process. They make everything in their tiny workshop in microbatches of around 8kg at a time with a Giesen coffee roaster and various other machines they’ve built themselves. This is good, clean bare-bones chocolate - we hope you enjoy it. See more
