This bar is made from high-quality cocoa beans sourced from the Guadalcanal region of the Solomon Islands. The cacao is a blend of three different varieties – Amelonado, Trinitario, and Criollo – which gives it complex flavor profile. This is the 90% version of the 100% bar which won Cabosse & Feve an award at the 2022 International Chocolate Awards.
