Chocolate DR – Australian Dark 70%


This bars has the aroma of red berries (cranberries, pomegranate, raspberry), raisins, and red wine. Then, with a light texture and very buttery mouth feel, this chocolate brought forth notes of sweet honey caramel sauce mixed with earthy roasted ground sesame seeds, and hints of yellow tropical fruit (lychee and star fruit).
