From Coffs Harbour on the North Coast of NSW, David Ricketts, is also known as the Chocolate DR! He's a qualified pastry chef, and competitive strong man, David finds it hard to turn down a challenge. When his wife suggested he make chocolate from scratch he couldn't resist.
