A true Australian milk chocolate. Made with Cacao from far north Queensland and Australian sugar from 100km up the road (David drives to get it himself!) and, of cause, Australian Dairy farmed Milk that is also processed into Powdered Milk in Australia!

He's a qualified pastry chef, and competitive strong man, David finds it hard to turn down a challenge. When his wife suggested he make chocolate from scratch he couldn't resist.
