For this holiday bar, bourbon soaked pecans are candied with maple syrup & orange and paired with our 65% Belize dark chocolate. The resulting bar is warm and zesty with a hint of bourbon, and just the right amount of crunch."

We went to visit Peter and Robin's beautiful little factory in Bonavista, Newfoundland in the summer, Their crystals were the prettiest and tastiest we have ever experienced."
