This fair trade, stone ground milk chocolate is made using milk from goats, rather than cows. Goats’ milk is 15% lower in cholesterol than cows’ milk, with the same amount of calcium. The goats’ milk gives it a grassy, earthy flavour – definitely one to try if you love goats cheese or are looking to try something different.

Visiting: We were lucky enough to live down the road in Cork city for a few years. If you ever get the chance to visit the south coast of Ireland, stop by and pay these guys a visit! They live in an absolutely beautiful village and said they’re always happy to show friends of Bean Bar You how they make their chocolate.
