Thomas Capdevielle spent years tuning his craft and finding the right place to launch his chocolate dream. In the beautiful town of Whangamatā, two hours South East of Auckland, you can now now experience the fruits of his study. With new makers popping up thanks to the growing general appreciation of the craft chocolate movement.
