We’ve only had one bar from Samoa previously but the Pacific has such a rich history of cacao we thought it was time to try another. The cocoa in this bar has a fruity, nutty flavour and isn’t too sweet.

The Mengler family has a long history with the land and food of Australia, from the first vineyards established in the Barossa Valley of South Australia in 1834.Cravve chocolate was established by Peter Mengler in 1999 to bring single origin chocolate to the Australian cafe scene. Their farm in the beautiful Tallebudgera Valley of Queensland provides a year-round source of indigenous fruits, such as Davidson plum, finger limes, and lemon myrtle for use in their chocolate products.Cravve chocolate focus on using cacao beans of the Asia-Pacific Basin, sourced from small lot farmers with the returns going direct to their bank accounts.
