Everyone loved the recent Vanuatu bars so we thought we’d share the same origin by a different maker. This is a rich chocolate with herby, earthy notes and not too sweet.
The Mengler family has a long history with the land and food of Australia, from the first vineyards established in the Barossa Valley of South Australia in 1834.Cravve chocolate was established by Peter Mengler in 1999 to bring single origin chocolate to the Australian cafe scene. Their farm in the beautiful Tallebudgera Valley of Queensland provides a year-round source of indigenous fruits, such as Davidson plum, finger limes, and lemon myrtle for use in their chocolate products.Cravve chocolate focus on using cacao beans of the Asia-Pacific Basin, sourced from small lot farmers with the returns going direct to their bank accounts.
