Discontinued bar – Unfortunately, Elements Chocolate Co, decided to close their business at the end of 2024. These are some of the last few bars on the planet. 

This sweet milk chocolate pairs delightfully with the crunch of the honeycomb. A sustainable alternative to a violet crumble, if you enjoy a sweet treat you’ll love this bar. This is the big 80g version but there is also a 40g version if you want a little taste.

Ingredients: Cocoa Solids, Organic Cocoa Butter, Australian Full Cream Milk Powder (contains Soy Lecithin), Australian Cane Sugar, Australian Banksia Flower Honey, Bi-Carb Soda

This bar is past it’s best before date (NOV2024) – it will still be great to enjoy but could start to loose it’s temper.

Penny McGrory & Hayley Clarke founded Elements Chocolate Co in 2020 in the middle of the Western Australia lockdowns. The sisters wanted their chocolate to "reflect the country we love and in which we were born" and decided to do so by featuring Australian Native bush foods, Their aim is to create some unique flavour combinations and they are doing a great job.Their flavour playground is focused on milk and white chocolate that they make in Perth from Ecuadorian and Vietnamese cacao. Their sweet and creamy milk chocolate with Banksia Flower Honeycomb reminded us of a childhood favourite, violet crumble. Lemon myrtle,  sandalwood nuts, Davidson plum and finger lime all feature.  Their 70% dark chocolate bar is made with Vietnamese cacao, the second bar is made with that in Australia.
