Let’s Melbourne Again. This is a tribute to a city that fights hard, recognize sacrifice and dealt with 110 long, lonely and dark nights. This is for all of you! If I have to think of a flavour to represent Melbourne I would certainly think of coffee. This chocolate is not shy in flavour and will hit you with a double caffeine dose, just how you like it. Vertue Coffee Roaster and myself been working on this project where we pair a single origin coffee bean with a single origin cocoa bean. This translates in Liqudambar – Honduras Coffee and Makira Gold – Solomon Islands Cocoa. “Melbourne’s love affair with coffee can be traced back to the arrival of Italian and Greek immigrants after World War II. As a generation of migrants brought their beloved European-style espresso machines to Melbourne, the espresso boom of the 1950s soon became a way of life.” Let’s Melbourne Again, please.
