Hogarth – Akesson estate 70%


Sourced directly from the Akesson Estate in the Sambirano Valley, these beans have a plum colour creating chocolate with a reddish hue. Get a sense of the fruit that becomes the bean & then becomes the chocolate. Berry and raisin flavours develop.

This bar was extinct but Karl found some frozen sacks of beans in his storage and decided making some bars was the best way to make space.
