This is a low sugar bar, but the quality of beans and the careful roasting means this isn’t a bitter but a soft creamy nutty delight. The beans come from the Hacienda Victoria plantation where they are grown, harvested, fermented and dried using sustainable practices. You can see why Karl picked these beans for a strong bar.
2025 – It’s back! After falling victim to the extreme cacao prices of 2023-2025, Karl figured out a way to make this bar again. It’s more expensive now but, as our most popular dark bar for many years, you won’t regret trying this gem.
