We’ve finally figured out how Karl Hogarth keeps pumping out so many amazing chocolate bars – he must be snacking on this coffee chocolate combination.   Made with Oko Caribe cacao from the Dominican Republic – this is a 68% dark chocolate combined with Pomeroy’s Italian style coffee blend.  Karl says “When we first thought of making an Espresso bar we knew we had to visit our mates at Pomeroys to find the perfect match. Oko Caribe’s berry notes paired beautifully with a dark roasted coffee bean blend from Costa Rica, Papua New Guinea and Brazil.”
