Hogarth - Gianduia

Cocoa and hazelnuts from Venezuela combine to make this gorgeous bar. Gianduia, originally from Italy, is silky and rich because of the added hazelunts, but originally the nuts were added when cocoa supplies were running low during the Napoleonic War!

Hogarth - Sarsaparilla and Orange

This is a low sugar bar, but the quality of beans and the careful roasting means this isn't a bitter but a soft creamy nutty delight. The beans come from the Hacienda Victoria plantation where they are grown, harvested, fermented and dried using sustainable practices. You can see why Karl picked these beans for a strong bar.

Hogarth - Porcelana Sorotaima

This is top shelf craft chocolate. If you're serious about chocolate you must try this bar. A special, limited edition, bar made by Karl from the ultra pure porcelana cacao. The name is the translation of "porcelain" reflecting the pure white colour of these beans before they are fermented and dried. In Karl's words, "Truly a special chocolate that needs to be experienced at least once, and with a clean palate so you can appreciate the subtlety of this exceptional cacao." Read more here.

Awards: Gold NZ chocolate awards 2020.
