Hogarth - Gianduia

Cocoa and hazelnuts from Venezuela combine to make this gorgeous bar. Gianduia, originally from Italy, is silky and rich because of the added hazelunts, but originally the nuts were added when cocoa supplies were running low during the Napoleonic War!

Hogarth - Sarsaparilla and Orange

This is a low sugar bar, but the quality of beans and the careful roasting means this isn’t a bitter but a soft creamy nutty delight. The beans come from the Hacienda Victoria plantation where they are grown, harvested, fermented and dried using sustainable practices. You can see why Karl picked these beans for a strong bar.

Hogarth - Kumera

Introducing the Hogarth Chocolate Kumera Milk Chocolate Bar, made with the finest ingredients and inspired by the rich history of Kumara. Originally from South America, Kumara made its way across the Pacific and was eventually traded through the islands, finding its way to Aotearoa (New Zealand).

Karl Hogarth partnered with friends Ned and Mina at Proper Crisps, who use seasonally selected varieties of Kumara to create their delicious crisps. Kark takes those crisps and adds them to his smooth milk chocolate, made with Peruvian criollo cacao. The result is a delectable blend of flavors, with the caramelisation of the crisps adding caramel and fruit notes to the already delicious milk chocolate.

The Kumera Milk Chocolate Bar is the perfect treat for anyone who loves to indulge in the delicious taste of Kumara.  The high fiber and potassium are a bonus! Try it today and experience the rich and delightful flavors that only Hogarth Chocolate can provide.

Hogarth - Buttered Toast & Sea Salt

Sometimes you try a bar of chocolate that redefines how you think. For us, this bar redefines creamy. Inspired by Karl and Marina’s morning toast covered in pure New Zealand butter, add a touch of salt and you have a chocolate bar that can be enjoyed any time of day!

Hogarth - Ecuador

This is a low sugar bar, but the quality of beans and the careful roasting means this isn't a bitter but a soft creamy nutty delight. Hogarth - Maple + Walnut

"Maple and Walnut, the irresistible classic, is a marriage of sweet and nutty. Here we’ve made a maple flavoured white chocolate laden with walnut pieces, unashamedly sweet and wholesome with a soft crunch. All our chocolate is ethically made using fairly traded & traceable cocoa beans, organic & fairtrade cocoa butter and sugar."

Discontinued bar: Like all chocolate makers around the world in 2024, Hogarth have had to make tough decisions relating to increasing costs. One tough decision was to stop producing this beautiful bar, hopefully we'll see it again soon.
