“This beautiful 68% dark chocolate is made from beans grown in the central highlands Vietnam. Sourced by Saigon-based Marou Faiseurs De Chocolat (pioneers of the bean to bar movement), Marou was founded in 2011 in order to support cacao growth in Vietnam. They work directly with family-run cocoa farms to ensure prices for beans well beyond Fair Trade cocoa prices. We don’t like to dictate or prescribe what you’ll taste when you eat this chocolate, but for us, we taste jasmine tea, raisins and chocolate ganache.”
