The 72% Honduras bar that we featured back in 2019 was a hit. Their new bar is a stronger version, think strong bold chocolate, but with a little vanilla and 5% coconut sugar and a pinch of sea salt this bar strikes a nice balance and the cacao rises to shine.
Starting as a one man chocolate stall in Prahan market in 2006, Monsieur Truffe has now grown to be a bean-to-bar chocolate empire in a large factory and retail space in Brunswick (they share it with the cafe East Elevation). They don’t just make chocolate
