Kokoa Kamili beans come from over 1500 small farms in the Kilombero Valley of Tanzania. The organisation pays farms above market rate and control the post-harvest of the wet beans. They’re a popular bean for chocolate makers all over the world. What do you taste? Dried raspberry, banana bread, green tea?
Monsoon Chocolate is our first chocolate maker from Arizona. This chocolate factory in Tucson is also home to their cafe. They draw inspiration from local ingredients and, as well as chocolate bars, they make bon-bons, desserts, and special cacao beverages. Last year they won 19 awards for the various flavoured products but we think their chocolate bars will be next to bring home some medals. See more
