A special Irish bar with locally harvested gorse flower and Carlingford Irish seaweed in a bar made with Dominican cacao. The gorse flower adds a hint of coconut flavour and along with the lightly salty seaweed makes a fantastic taste experience. Good luck pronoucing Dúlamán, but try with a County Down accent.
