It is probably one of the longest-running festive traditions, and any Christmas without it just wouldn’t be the same. We experimented with a couple of recipes to make the perfect spiced cookie. Using almonds left over from our production, steel-cut oats and a lot of ginger and cinnamon, we hit the sweet spot. You can almost taste it, can’t you?
