Made with Organic cocoa beans from Nicaragua and Icelandic milk powders this is another dark milk bar that perfectly balances the creaminess of milk chocolate with the richness of cocoa. Combined with organic cane sugar, cocoa butter and a little sunflower lecithin this bar has tasting notes of fudge, cherry and walnut.
Founded in 2013, OmNom chocolate is one of the world’s most Northerly chocolate makers! Chef Kjartan Gíslason teamed up with his childhood friend and fisherman Óskar Þórðarson to experiment with flavours, textures and single origin cocoa beans.
They started in Kjartan’s apartment, before setting up their production lab in a converted petrol station in Seltjarnarnes, Reykjavic and set about making the best possible chocolate with the finest ingredients. See more
