This is an ultra small batch of craft chocolate just 3kg made in a mini grinder. It is a two ingredient organic chocolate: Chuncho cocoa beans from the Peruvian Andes (La Convención province of the Cusco region) and raw sugar. “Chuncho is a rare, ancient cacao varietal that is considered one of the world’s finest.” The beans have been handpicked, fermented and sun-dried at origin. “Farmers focus on organic, sustainable and fair-trade farming practices, to produce the highest-quality, fine-flavour cacao. Those small beans carry an incredible delicate flavour of cherry and notes of flowers.” We are honoured to be able to share this special bar with you.
