“This chocolate block was a long time in the making and makes for a beautiful full circle moment, perfect timing to celebrate at the end of another year. When we craft chocolate, we are left with 20% cocoa husk waste which Killik Rum grabbed and upcycled into a rum liqueur. We then soaked cocoa nibs in this liqueur plus their regular rum (since it sold out before we could grab more!) before re-roasting and grinding into a dark chocolate that holds delicious notes of rum and citrus! It’s time to bring in the holiday spirit with this rum-spiked dark chocolate filled with pops of Jam Haus candied citrus and dried fruit.”
