“This chocolate block was a long time in the making and makes for a beautiful full circle moment, perfect timing to celebrate at the end of another year. When we craft chocolate, we are left with 20% cocoa husk waste which Killik Rum grabbed and upcycled into a rum liqueur. We then soaked cocoa nibs in this liqueur plus their regular rum (since it sold out before we could grab more!) before re-roasting and grinding into a dark chocolate that holds delicious notes of rum and citrus! It’s time to bring in the holiday spirit with this rum-spiked dark chocolate filled with pops of Jam Haus candied citrus and dried fruit.”

This bar is past it’s best before date (23APR2025) – it will still be great to enjoy but could start to loose it’s temper.

Ingredients: 68% dark chocolate (Ecuadorian cocoa nibs, cocoa butter, raw sugar), candied citrus (lemon, oranges, sugar), dried raisins

She used to make amazing cakes and now throws all her creative energy into making delicious chocolate bars.Planet Cocoa make lots of "filled bars" containing layers (of yum).  Imagine a truffle chocolate with oozy caramel or rich gnash - Jeanette's bars are like that but flat and look like a normal chocolate bar. They must be be a pain to make but she's perfected the technique - then stir in some amazing creativity, Carrot cake chocolate anyone? It's the craft chocolate version of some of your confection favourites (things like violet crumble, bounty etc.) but you'll never want to go back to them. See more
