Solkiki – Gran Palo Blanco Dark/Milk 65%

“I love experimenting with different tastes, textures, and flavour. Solkiki are a very special bean to bar company for me; they were the first company I discovered that experimented with different milks, cacao butter percentages and inclusions I’d never heard of. Yet all their chocolate was so flavour-full! This 65% dark/milk chocolate bar uses coconut milk and is super special It was crafted using one of three bags of single co-op microlot cacao from the Gran Palo Blanco! It’s a delicate and harmonious balance of varying shades of colour; from deep, dark, rich, chocolaty flavour notes, to light, mellow, malty, biscuity flavour notes. The coconut milk enhances these and gives a glorious smooth and creamy texture and mouth feel.” Jessica Tivendale
