Two Lost Pilots – 70% Solomon Islands

The first bar we tasted from the Two Lost Pilots and it is fabulous! This is one of the few Solomon Islands bars being made which make the fruity notes front and centre. There is still the nutty undertones but if you enjoy your chocolate with a tropical twist then this is a great bar to try. Brett and Bard describe it as “Deliciously fruity dark chocolate. Think fruit and nut, but without the fruit and nut.”

In 2020 the world's air traffic ground to a halt - Pilots all over the world found themselves at home and weren't strapped in... anything could happen! We are delighted that Brett and Brad landed home in WA and decided to spend their time making chocolate. We tasted some of their first bars and knew that this was going to be something more than a lockdown entertainment. Less than a year later we're excited to share them with our subscribers - it's a flying start and we're excited for the future. With open boarders they have an unfair distribution advantage....
