Close to perfection.” And all we need to create this delicious bar are strawberries, tender-melting cocoa butter, raw cane sugar and a dash of lemon. Its stunning colour and genuine strawberry flavour are derived entirely from many many berries.

Josef Zotter started his confectionery business at age 26 in southern Austria. He won awards for his unusual creations and started to expand, but then had to decide whether to focus on confectionery or chocolate.
