This bar is crafted by Mike from cacao from the Camino Verde frumentary located in Duran, Ecuador. In his words “the moment you tear open the bag, you’ll inhale the deep floral aroma of this bar. The texture is fudgy and rich, giving way to deep, earthy flavours like roasted nuts and a lingering, malty finish.” We agree and it reminded us of a special baked chocolate tart made with buttery pastry.
