Ranger chocolate was created from a passion for sharing chocolate and life with friends and family. Based in Portland Oregon they specialise in using cocoa beans from the various parts of Peru to showcase the influence of terroir and genetics on the resulting chocolate flavour.
They have teamed up with a local coffee roaster, Trailhead, to create Portland’s first coffee and chocolate tasting room. It is a match made in heaven – small batch coffee meets hand crafted chocolate!
