Based in Melbourne, Harry and Charlie of Hunted + Gathered are passionate about taste and quality. They take a thoughtful approach to developing and producing food in their small scale operation, with a strong emphasis on the details. They love learning new ways of doing things and experimenting with processes and flavours, such as chocolate with coffee, sesame seeds, or fennel seeds.

Hunted + Gathered don’t stop their search for the best organic, natural flavours with chocolate – they also produce jerky, dry wors (traditional South African dried sausage) and hot sauce!
