Since 2009, Michelle Morgan has been evolving the standard of Australian chocolate, while her husband Dean focused on creating Morgan’s Coffee. Named Favourite Chocolate in The Sydney Morning Herald Good Food Guide 2012, the award is very well deserved. Every part of the process is done with care. The beans come from sustainable farms, are gently roasted in a Barth Sirocco ball roaster then ground in a vintage Lehmann melangeur. The end result is packaged in their custom made (award winning) box.

Next time you pass through western Sydney make sure you visit the Zokoko cafe. Nestled under the Blue Mountains they make beautiful cakes which go perfectly with their freshly-roasted Morgan's Coffee!
