Simeon Crawley takes pride in the attention to detail he brings to his craft chocolate, and is dedicated to finding and using only the world’s best organic fine flavour cacao. Located in an old brick stable, perched on the edge of the Ovens River in Bright, Victoria, Bright Chocolate is factory, shop and cafe.
Each single origin chocolate box features a hand drawn illustration by a local artist. As a quirky interpretation of the bean to bar story, the pictures are of an animal that is native to the cacao’s country of origin.
