Brian and Roselle started the Miann Chocolate factory to fulfil their need for quality chocolate to supply their two Auckland patisseries. These successful cafes needed so much chocolate for their cakes and deserts that it made sense for them to make their own. Once you start that journey you become hooked on the art of it so now we have another gorgeous chocolate maker in NZ.
