We’re so excited that nearly every month there’s a new chocolate brand launching, and now Brisbane has a local chocolate maker again. 17 Rocks is a family business, working exclusively with cacao from Papua New Guinea. As well as these unflavoured bars they’ve also created a line of alternative sugar and flavoured bars. They’re on a mission to make “chocolate that truly loves you back”.
