Certified Organic – The cocoa beans come from Kilombero valley, bordering the Udzungwa Mountain national park. There the social enterprise Kokoa Kamili drives a huge change by buying wet beans directly from the farmers at premium prices, and carefully controlling fermentation and drying.

Fjåk is the first bean to bar chocolate maker in Norway. From their little factory located in the Hardangerfjord in Norway they make 30 different bars. They source Nordic ingredients from the local area and have some incredibly unique flavour combinations. Their missing is to "make organic, ethically traded, ‘bean to bar’ chocolate of the highest quality possible and add the finest natural ingredients from the Nordic nature." See more
