They combine a unique combination of historical, cultural, botanical, geographical and taste values and form the basis for excellent chocolate. In 2003, the Puentespina company began its journey into cocoa farming when founders Roberto and Charita Puentespina leased a cocoa farm in Malagos. Today they own an impressive 24 hectare cocoa farm in Malagos and employ around 80 farmers both in Malagos and on farms outside the region. To teach farmers sound cocoa farming practices, the company even built a training facility right on the farm.”

Georg Bernadini and Ramona Gustmann founded Georgia Ramon in spring 2015 as a chocolate factory, shop and cafe in the Oberkassel district of Bonn.
