Honeymoon – 80% Haiti + Manuka


We’ve enjoyed a few bars over the years made with honey. A few of them have been made with honey instead of sugar but none have been made with Manuka Honey. The savory Haiti PISA cacao pairs with a strong floral and fruity New Zealand Honey (rated UMF 5+). Tasting notes include Apricot, Vanilla, Green Banana, and Pine.
