Islands Chocolate calls themselves “seed to bar”. The Islands Chocolate company is part of the family owned company have helped rejuvenate the cacao industry in St. Vincents. Started in 2011 to replace bananas (which had replaced cacao in the 70’s) the SVCC aimed to restore the cacao heritage of St Vincents.
Harry Marriott & Andrew Hadley bought the company in 2014 after working in it from the beginning. They had a vision of expanding their farms whilst also supporting the local farmers + making chocolate on the islands. Islands Chocolate was born to help share it with the world. See more
