Onuka – 70% Dark Specialty Drinking Chocolate

Onuka Chocolate is an Indonesian chocolate company founded by Wiwi Paimun, who left a successful real estate career in Japan to create something more meaningful. The company's mission centres on making chocolate that's "good for you, the farmers, and the planet." The company works directly with farmers in Indonesia's volcanic soils, using sustainable farming practices without chemicals or shortcuts.

Onuka operates on the principle that chocolate can be truly beneficial for everyone it touches. We believe that too—maybe that's why it feels like we've known Wiwi for years, despite having only met twice at the Australian Chocolate Festivals in 2024/2025.

Every bar represents a story of ethical production: farmers earning fair wages, consumers enjoying wholesome treats, and land remaining fertile for future generations. Their tagline captures this philosophy: "This isn't just chocolate. It's proof that doing good tastes good."
