Using cocoa from the El Gran Saposoa cooperative in northern Peru, these bars have flavours of tropical fruit and light spice. The farmers of this region came together to obtain organic certification.
Elisia saw her husband making chocolate in his bean to bar business and decided to try it for herself. She was determined to put her own, healthy twist on it, making chocolate that is simple, minimally processed and that she’s be happy to give her children.She loves to meet customers at local farmers markets to show them how she makes her chocolate, and educate them on the subtle differences in the flavours and characteristics of cocoa that grows in different parts of the world.
