We combine this rare floral Cacao Nacional with high-quality organic mountain milk from Austria’s Tyrol region as well as raw cane sugar to create a high-percentage milk chocolate with a rich 50% cacao content.

Josef Zotter started his confectionery business at age 26 in southern Austria.
