When three families from Australia set out to travel the world little did they realise they would fall in love with Nicaragua and cacao. After visiting plantations all over South America they couldn’t pass up an opportunity to run their own. After much research and planning they now make their own chocolate and they’re doing a fabulous job. They’ve just won a series of International Chocolate Awards and we’re sure there will be more.
