The Auro Reserve Collection is
meticulously crafted from the finest beans of a single estate. Located in between tropical mountain forests, Saloy is nourished by fresh spring water flowing through its lush farms, giving its chocolate complex tropical and berry fruit notes with a subtle spice and earthy finish.
Auro have been making chocolate since 2015. Their name is a dedication to gold - the AU, representing the chemical symbol from the periodic table, this is merged with ORO, the word gold in Filipino and Spanish.
Their focus is on supporting the local cacao and cultivating the heirloom varieties within the Philippines. A network of collaboration with farmers around the country is making sure we’ll be enjoying Filipino chocolate for many years. See more
