Please note this bar has a best before date of January 2018. Dark chocolate is a lot like wine, the flavours mature over time. It can lose it’s temper and become a little brittle however it will still taste amazing!

Bo San and Thomas started Beau Cacao in 2013 as a way to reject the common, mass produced approach to making chocolate. They wanted to make chocolate with a more direct connection between farmer and consumer, so that both are better off.
