We met Konstantin Britarev in a Moscow coffee shop on a blustery spring (-9C!) day. His smooth, creamy chocolates were a revelation, and his enthusiasm for bean-to-bar chocolate was infectious.Previously an employee at a large Russian chocolate company, he decided to set up his own
